This camp will bring young performers together to sing, dance, and act their way through a short musical theatre piece, performed at the end of the week for families. Students will work together to bring their show to life in spectacular fashion throughout the week, challenging themselves to grow, building confidence, and gaining new skills, all while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Campers will learn about digital technology in a fully gamified experience. They will be engaged in a series of quests to be completed throughout their week long adventure! Quests will be undertaken outdoors, throughout the Graham Academy convent, and in the virtual world as campers are challenged to overcome obstacles, working together in groups and as solo adventurers. As quests are completed, adventurers will gain achievements and unlock hidden talents through teamwork, determination and creativity!

Students are given the opportunity to present a solo musical theatre number, prepared throughout the week. This camp provides the perfect opportunity for young artists that are ready to take a on a new challenge and enhance their skillset, learning numerous theatre skills for their performers toolkit, all while gaining new levels of confidence!

This camp  is the perfect step between our Junior Broadway experience and our Intensive Bootcamp.

This fun-filled camp experience is perfect for a child with a passion for all things Art – covering dance, music, and acting, along with visual arts and crafts, Broadway Bound will introduce our youngest campers to new layers of musical theatre and storytelling, while also exploring a theme of kindness and acceptance that we all can learn from. Through the week, campers will learn a wealth of new skills via numerous indoor and outdoor theatre games. “Play” is a huge component of what makes a stage play work, and this age group are experts at playing! At the end of the week, the parking lot becomes our stage, as campers perform a mini-musical, spreading an important message in a spectacular fashion! Campers will have a whole lot of fun learning (and playing) through the arts, and will unlock and build up their voices and imaginations in the process.

This two-week intensive experience is the perfect opportunity for young artists ready to push themselves to the next level of Musical Theatre Performance. Every student will work on a monologue and solo musical performance throughout the week, learning to make strong character choices and decisions in one-on-one intensive sessions. Along with this individual work, students will be spending time on the dance floor, learning fresh choreography each day, along with a piece that will be presented at the conclusion of the camp. This camp will provide a triple-threat experience in a fast-paced, fun, engaging, and encouraging environment. At the end of the camp, students will take part in a mock audition with their pieces, showcasing their work. Following this, we will work our individual pieces into a devised performance at the Arts and Culture Centre, to be presented to the public on August 12.

A musical theatre triple-threat intensive with focus on solo performance; this camp will equip each student with a wealth of new methods and strategies to maximize their performance and stand out from the crowd, all while creating spectacular bonds and memories for the group of young people!
